Because all of our popcorn is made in small batches and crafted fresh to order, we’re not able to accept returns on food products. However, your happiness matters to us. If there is an issue with your order — wrong item, damaged package, or anything that doesn’t meet expectations — please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
To help us help you quickly, please include your order number and a photo of the issue.
